This is the ultimate quick breakfast, snack or late-night healthy dessert!
- 1 apple, cored and sliced longwise
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
- 1–2 teaspoons granola
- 1/2 teaspoon raisins
- 1/2 chocolate chips
- Slice apples longwise to create 4-5 pieces of “toast”
- Lay apples on a plate and spread nut butter across it.
- Now add whatever toppings you want for a healthy treat!
- Other than the apples or the peanut butter, the toppings are up to you!
