Nut Butter Apple “Toast”

Description

This is the ultimate quick breakfast, snack or late-night healthy dessert!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced longwise
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
  • 12 teaspoons granola
  • 1/2 teaspoon raisins
  • 1/2 chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Slice apples longwise to create 4-5 pieces of “toast”
  2. Lay apples on a plate and spread nut butter across it.
  3. Now add whatever toppings you want for a healthy treat!

Notes

  • Other than the apples or the peanut butter, the toppings are up to you!
