Of course, for me and my huge love of food, I choose to surround myself with all things that smell like food, not just because I like sugar cookies, but because I’m transported to a time when I enjoyed making Christmas cookies with a loved one at Christmas time and how they made me feel.

Recently my grandfather passed so my I’m not exactly feeling sunshine and flowers lately, but I’ve got to get moving on all my mom/wife/boss lady tasks.   3. I love the smell of anything with citrus- we use a lot of Febreze products in our home and car. It’s true, fragrances can transform you anywhere.

  5. I frequently change my mood with candles. All you have to do is close your eyes inhale deeply and transport yourself. Life is stressful enough that we all deserve a mini me moment in our own homes. Thanks for pointing out what I already do 🙂

  69. Lilac is my favorite scent. there is a lilac bush outside my bedroom window. I know it’s spring time when I smell the lilacs in bloom.
