This week’s challenge to make a BETTER ME was to try a hot yoga at a place I’ve been meaning to attend for way too long. I was so excited to get to finally go…And as I’ll share here, it was one of the best (and embarrassing) experiences ever. Read on to find out why.

I’m glad you enjoyed it. I couldn’t believe that I admitted it, but since I’ve seen so many women relieved that I did it, I’ve gotten over my embarrassment. Funny though; I’ve had a few places ask me to come try them out now. I hope that doesn’t mean they want to see me in action!

Oh Jana!I hope you will reconsider…actually the trick I have seen is to use a tampon and everything goes perfect. I really love this class, so if you have one near, you should totally do it. I feel about two inches taller and about 2 years younger.

Hot yoga is done in hot and humid climate which is artificially created. This is believed to improve flexibility which is very helpful in doing yoga poses.

Oh, man. I’d die! I’ve been on the, uh, receiving end of someone LOUDLY performing the passing wind pose and I didn’t hold it against her! lol.
But on the flip side, I SO want to try hot yoga!
