My favorite way to work out and stay fit is bicycling.
I use Walk at Home dvds by Leslie Sansone, I run, walk, Pilates and strength training. I like to mix it up and keep it fun!
I like weightlifting the most.
My favorite way to work out is by jogging outdoors
I run on the treadmill; it may not be my favorite way to work out, but it’s easy and convenient.
I love high intensity interval training – especially Jillian Michaels’ DVDs. She’s mean but effective!
I like Zumba and barre!
I love weight training and ab workouts the best, but I do like to mix it up a little too. It keeps the muscles guessing and I think that works the best.

I would much rather do strength training over aerobic exercise any day, but I do try to walk at least 3 days a week. I need a good sports bra because all of mine are uncomfortable. I cannot wait to get home to take them off. :/
I use to love wearing sports bras when I was younger but as I became older, they became more uncomfortable. I do however prefer them over bras because I hate when they dig in your back (ouch). I think I may go back to them to see how it goes.

I run or hit the treadmill most of the time. In the fall, I love biking and hiking so I can enjoy the scenery while exercising.
