I would much rather do strength training over aerobic exercise any day, but I do try to walk at least 3 days a week. I need a good sports bra because all of mine are uncomfortable. I cannot wait to get home to take them off. :/

I use to love wearing sports bras when I was younger but as I became older, they became more uncomfortable. I do however prefer them over bras because I hate when they dig in your back (ouch). I think I may go back to them to see how it goes.
