Easy Prime Rib Au Jus Dipping Sauce


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup beef fat drippings from prime rib
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups beef broth (can use packaged variety)
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt fat in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Whisk flour into drippings whisking constantly until the mixture thickens (3 minutes.)
  3. Pour beef broth into mixture.
  4. Increase heat to high and bring mixture to a boil.
  5. Boil mixture until it thickens.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve.
