- 8 slices bread
- 1 lb. ham, sausage or any meat/veggies
- 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup sharp
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- ¾ cup half and half
- 1 2/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- Slice bread and decrust.
- Line bread in pan.
- Layer cooked meat and cheese in pan.
- In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
- Cover meat and cheese with mixture.
- Then add cheese for garnish.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning cook 30 – 40 minutes at 350 F.
