Farmhouse Fashion: Joanna Gaines Launches New Line with Matilda Jane

We’re going down on the farm with Joanna Gaines’ new farmhouse fashion collection from Matilda Jane Clothing.

No one owns the look on comfortable, colorful, farmhouse style than the queen of shiplap, Joanna Gaines. Her look of comfortable simple sophistication has one her and Chip millions of fans around the world for their beautiful home remodels on HGTVs Fixer Upper. Now her style comes to your closet with a new collaboration with home-based clothier Matilda Jane. 

Of course, I was so excited to see what our keen eye for style would look like for my daughter. I already love what Joanna wears for herself on the show as well as her own girls, Emmie, 6, and Ella, 9. So together the Gaines gals have put together a beautiful line inspired by the same space that gives life to her remodeling world, the farm. 
  

Playful for everyday and polished enough for a special day, my sweetheart loved all her pieces!  However, like most gals, there was something about the ruffles on the Farmland Frolic dress that allowed her to dance and twirl that she adored the most. She actually mixed and matched her Haystack pants with her Pecan Pie top and the dress to keep her legs warm on a chilly day. And because of the unique combination of black and white stripes, bright florals, and special details, the looks worked so cute! (This is just one of the great features in this collection – versatility.) 

And to be expected, Joanna didn’t ignore dressing your home a little with this line. You can find a tea party set, play teepee, bedding, and my favorite, matching aprons for mommy and me!
