I love the holidays, but after all the hustle and bustle of traveling, eating grandma’s stuffing and sleeping in beds other than my own, there’s nothing better than coming home to enjoy the comforts of my own house in front of the TV watching a movie, enjoying a glass of vino while biting into the perfect meal. We’ve been enjoying Michael Angelo’s for a few year- I love the authentic Italian variety. They also make an eggplant Parmesan that is pretty delicious considering I didn’t have to slave away making it!

I don’t just have one favorite Italian dish. I love way too many of them. Lasagna, Chicken Parm. garlic bread, mozzarella cheese the list goes on.
I used to bake pizzas from scratch, and make lasagna a lot. But I no longer eat cheese. So the best for now is a mix of veggies (zucchini, carrots, peppers, onions) in a nice marinara.
