- 4 Tablespoons chili powder
- 2 Tablespoons cumin
- 2 Tablespoons ground oregano
- 2 Tablespoon garlic powder
- (Peppers: Red, White, Black, Ancho, Habanero or Chipotle optional)
Instructions
- Mix together in jar and keep on hand to use for chili months at a time.
- 1 Tablespoon per 1 pound of meat.
